Yes I wrote my song "REHAB" music lyrics and recorded entirely by myself with in 5hours on September 11th, it was so magic, yes we all have magic within...
I can't hold my joy and excitement, YES this is my gift my gift to you, my first single " REHAB " is officially out on iTunes for the whole world to enjoy and dance crazy as my present to all of you my sober friends, please enjoy it, I give you the song as if my song is your best friend, your lover, she will always be there for you, to support you to love you to encourage you to lend a hand when it is raining, when shadows covered your eyes, when you are alone feeling down...... and she is there!!!Just open your heart and listen to her words........
I am just so unbelievably excited!!!!!! Because I made this song entirely by myself, from the music lyrics and it was amazing that I also recorded entirely by myself, that was on the day of September 11th in the evening, special and mystical, experience the process of creating the song was a miracle to me, so amazing as you know I have never write a song before and no training either, but it just happened like that, as if god revealed a beautiful secret, I was just happened to be there to reveal it, I was just so lost in that moment in the space of music so deep, and when I wake up then here is this song "REHAB" complete, it was a gift to me to you, I do believe magic when our heart mind soul are all connected at one moment, that"s how magic walks in......
like a fresh air before I noticed its freshness its all gone with a big smile left in front of my eyes, it just happened without my expectation and knowledge my song, Yes I did it!!! Now I am like a little girl with fun excitement, with so much passionate joy want to dance day and night with all of you my sober friends......
Yes I want to inspire U!!!
The reason of my song is not only a fun fast pest crazy club song but with a great message to encourage you to be the best of you to enjoy your talent creation of life to the fullest, if I can do it, you can do it too!!!
In sobriety....I am transfer flight landed in Orlando just now..........
Life is beautiful and pure, when we are sober, when we are pure and clean then we see and feel and know the real magic with our clean heart and soul, this is the message I am sharing with you, just remember there are so many people out there either we know them or not they are there to help support love us with so much clarity in their heart, I want U to know I am your friend and I want the most beautiful things to happen for you in life, lets walk with faith......
But Still "I am gonna dance day and night with my sober friends............"

Hmmm, nice to see you on my home turf ~ I grew up in New York City, used to work across the street from where you are standing right there in front of Radio City ... some of my earliest memories are walking those streets with my mom during Christmas holiday. you know, this is my favorite time of year in NYC, because the autumn winds are upon you, and winter is coming, and you can feel it in your bones when the rains fall. I listened to your song ~ I am dearly glad to hear that you are still gonna dance day and night ~ and you look rather stunningly classy sexy in that white .....

Last night my supper was beef stew and broccoli I had cooked myself and ate while drinking a full glass of fine deep red, sexy red, French Bordeaux wine Haut Cabiraque of 2010 apellation contollée( 13° poof = strong )
and I was thinking about how punished you are by not being able to enjoy some of these lesser pleasures of life.
Nothing like eating hot beef while sipping on some good red wine.
Of course my drinking stopped when I finished my meal, that dish and that glass of wine.
I was slightly tipsy and in a good humor, but way far from being drunk.
As with all things, moderation and equilibrium are the keys to a pleasant well-being.
A touch of sadness lingered on when I came to think of you totally deprived from drinking beverages with alcohol content.
I am no MD and my words count for nothing on this subjet, but let me tell you I was shocked when Dr. Drew told you:
"you are an alcoholic" on VH1 video
I used to believe that alcoholics lived in the constant search of booze to keep their minds constantly stoned, and thus stay detached from the real world surrounding them.
I used to think that an occasional booze binge, although dangerous for those prone to alcoholism, cannot be classified as alcoholism.

I used good red wine like the one I mentioned above, along with music and a fantastic dinner, all with an interesting dialogue and mingled with jolly laughter to sort of "loosen up" a girl I had set my eyes on.
But never to the point of getting her even close to being drunk, that never... a question of honor.
If that were the case, one might instead just shoot her with a taser.
But of course, a coke and a burger at Mc Donald's don't produce the same results...
