My fun delightful life in Spain began from here, on the streets of Spain in San Sebastian, from my hotel window pick the most stunning view of the sea, where our festival is happening, where my first interview starts...... now I have to go for Jury dinner for the very first time everyone meets, so will post U more after dinner when I return........ BAI LING, you have been around the world a hell of a lot more than I ever will so I should not remind you of the following:
- make sure you have photocopies in your suitcase or hotel vault of all your documents...passport, credits card/s, plane tickets, ID card, driver's license, important phone numbers, everything...
The photocopies are good to have in case you lose your documents or get them stolen.
It is best to have your passport separated from another valid legal document like ID card or driver's license in another place.
I tell you this because working for a company of assistance, I see too often our clients ( tourists abroad ) calling us because they get their belongings stolen by pickpockets or get their purse snatched.
Since you stand out like a
"sore thumb" from all the other people around you, there is no way you can be taken for a local - and that attracts pickpockets and motorbike muggers.
Now don't go paranoid about it, just be prudent.

Hi Bi Ling, I Just wanted to say how proud I am of you for getting help, and for helping others by being exposed on TV.
Although I never really did drink much, I was abused physically and mentally by my parents growing up.
(My father & his father were both Alcoholics... who both got violent and angry when they drank)
It took me a lifetime to fix the damages they did to me, so I know what its like to struggle with lack of self Love, confidence, suffering and pain. You are not alone.
You are a very beautiful woman. You are wild at times in a good way, and you also have intelligence, depth, and a warm compassionate feeling heart.
You are a brilliant unique flower, and there are many who will admire you, both in a good, and a negative way.
Please dont let certain negative people and other things in life effect you.
Let Love be your strength. Love for Others, Love by others, and most importantly, Love for Yourself.
I recommend even more martial arts training, as well as some daily meditation time. These will help you to be even more stronger than you can ever imagine.
(If you would like some private training, Id love to help)
Try to be aware, that many people are weak and not as enlightened, and they will try to pull you down with them, to feel better about themselves. These people may love you.. and you love them.. but they are not good for you, if they are leading you to do and be the wrong way. Be strong and break ties if you need to, and try to keep yourself away from positions and people that will effect you in a negative way.
Also, people respect strength, so do not be afraid to be vocally strong and firm about your convictions.
Find people in your life that are also strong, and together, you will be even stronger, and have a much better life as well.

In a previous comment up above I mentioned you should keep photocopies of your documents.
That gave me the idea to go check on mine and, as it was, my driver's license had expired 5 days ago - I knew it was going to expire in September, but I thought it would be at the end of the month and not in the middle of the month.
Today I rushed over and had it renewed.
This is the first time I renew it.
If I had been caught driving with an expired driver's license I would have been in deep shit - no, lets say trouble ( us flies we like deep shit - lol )
Thank you BAI LING for having, indirectly, reminded me to go renew my driver's license.
