The Nokia N series are very good, megapixels is bumfluffery for fooling comsumers who don't know thier Photography. ALthough if you wanna take good pics you are never going to beat a real lens and camea.

Anyway next big challenge is to find English subtitles for those films...if they exist!
Ling I think you should try to get one or two of these re-released with extras on DVD,I love these early Chinese films they are so awkward and clumsy, dodgy edits, over acting deliberate but that is what makes them great.
Morning. I see Ian has been posting some links to Bai Ling's early movies. Thanks Buddy! Yeah, too bad about the lousy translations. Probably easier just to learn Chinese. Useful language since so many people speak it and the West does so much business with China. But does one learn Mandarin or Cantonese is the question. learning to read Chinese is very handy since it's the same whether one is in the North or South and also most other Asian countries like Korea and Japan have their signs in the mother tongue and Chinese. Also it's useful when you need to find a restaurant or a toilet over there. ;)
Daniel I bet the soldiers told a lot of jokes to pass time and lighten the mood. Would you prefer just some Italian ones? >:)
BTW Daniel, did you ask your father's advice as I suggested earlier?
